Sempena Bulan Ramadan

The fasting month is coming to an end. Soon all Muslims world wide would celebrate Hari Raya Aidilfitri. I was told that the reason for them to fast was to remember those who are less fortunate. The breaking of fast normally starts around 7pm. I headed to the nearest Buka Puasa Food Stalls in Sitiawan to take some pictures of the people and food while I savour some of the food. Unity lost in time...

Gone were the days where we could all live together, understanding each one, accepting and celebrating the differences in our lives. Is it a distant dream? Is it just a fading hope? Are we losing our identity as Malaysians?

T.H.E Carnival

A little sneak peek at the T.H.E Carnival held at DUMC's compound over the final weekend of September. This post will highlight some non-human related pictures. I had a great time scrapping my knees, gulping Peach Ribena, eating Kajang Satay, shouting free Ribena, entertained by High School Muscial wannabes and not forgetting getting a face paint.I always love ang ku kueh...yummy...especially Nyonya
